1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Malaysia.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Malaysia (Domestic)

  • Selected international destinations, including Asia and Rest of World

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Our current shipping options may include:

  • Domestic (Malaysia): Standard Shipping

  • International: International Standard Shipping / International Express

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (business days):

  • Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • International (Asia): 5–10 business days

  • International (Rest of World): 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.


5. Duties, Taxes & Customs (IMPORTANT)

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis.

This means:

  • Shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or customs charges.

  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are collected by the local customs authority or courier.

Hafa Shop does not collect or control these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

By placing an international order, you agree to these terms.


6. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays (Malaysia).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

Hafa Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to customs clearance issues

  • Unclaimed or refused shipments

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
